US CUP ENTRY DEADLINE APPROACHING
2013 US Golf Teachers Cup

The entry deadline for the 17th annual United States Golf Teachers Cup is Friday, October 5 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.  The first edition of the September e-newsletter stated the deadline was September 24, but in fact it is October 5.

Boulder Creek Golf Club is a longtime favorite of many USGTF participants.  This year, the Open division will be playing from 6,568 yards, with Seniors (50+) receiving approximately a 10-yard advantage per hole, Super Seniors and Legends another 10, and Ladies will play from approximately 85% of this yardage as per USGA guidelines for professional mixed-gender scratch competitions.  You may enter at  www.UnitedStatesGolfTeachersCup.com.

The Fiesta Henderson Casino Hotel will serve as this year’s host hotel, and is approximately a 15-minute drive from Boulder Creek. Rates of $27.99 are available weeknights, and $99.99 on Friday and Saturday nights, with the exception of Saturday, October 20th at a rate of $54.99. These rates are available from October 20th through October 28th. Hotel reservations must be made prior to October 4th, 2012.
