USGTF REGIONAL ACTION REMINDER

Southeast – The USGTF Southeast Region Championship will be played Saturday and Sunday, July 25-26, at GlenLakes Country Club in Weeki Wachee, Florida, about 45 miles north of Clearwater on US 19. All WGTF members in good standing, regardless of residence, are welcome to play. The entry fee is $175 and includes two rounds of tournament golf, range balls, and a prize pool. Region director Mike Stevens will conduct the annual region meeting Saturday night after play at a local restaurant. The Quality Inn Weeki Wachee is the recommended hotel. To enter, please contact the USGTF National Office by Friday, July 18.

Northeast – The Architects Golf Club in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, will host the annual Northeast Region Championship on Friday, July 31. The course is approximately a 90-minute drive from both New York City and Philadelphia. A new prize structure will be used for 2015, based on age divisions. The entry fee is $150 and the deadline is Thursday, July 16. To enter, make checks payable to region director John Savage at 46 Princeton Court, Langhorne, PA 19047. Central – The Central Region Championship will be played Monday, August 10, at Lick Creek Golf Course in Pekin, Illinois, near Peoria. The entry fee is $100 and includes golf, range balls, skins game, prize pool, and a sandwich and drink. To enter, please contact region director Keith Dunklebarger at keithjdunk@comcast.net. The tournament is open to all WGTF members in good standing, regardless of residence.
