Walt Disney World Ready to Host US, World Cups

Walt Disney World’s Palm and Magnolia golf courses are the venues for this year’s United States and World Golf Teachers Cups, to be played Tuesday-Friday, October 13-16. Both courses were longtime venues for the PGA Tour, and offer an outstanding test of golf combined with great conditions.

Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort has been named as one of the recommended hotels. All Disney resort hotels come with free transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport, free transportation to all theme parks, and also to the golf courses. A special rate of $149 per night plus tax is being offered to all Cup participants. For those looking for more economical options, Disney’s All-Start Resorts, and various hotels along US 192 just outside the park, are available.

Details as to entry fees, special guest speakers, and other amenities will be finalized in the next two months. We hope to see you at the showcase event of the US and World Golf Teachers Federations!
